In 2016 we rent out both an apartment of 50 sqm with a 12 sqm terrace, and an apartment of 100 sqm with a lovely balcony. Next to the house is an outdoor terrace with grill, etc. available to our guests.This terrace will be extended during Spring 2016 - photos will be posted in April:

Apartment - 100 sqm (up to 6 persons):

This apartment has a 360 degree view to the mountains, monasteries and other parts of Hydra. A view to the sea from one room. There is a master bedroom with space for a baby bed if needed and a large cupboard. The childrens room has 3 beds, two of which may be used by adults. Also a small extra room with 1 bed. The childrens room has toys which you are free to use. Large bath room with shower and washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with convection oven, coffee machine, dish washing machine, etc. Large living room with dining table, leather sofa, TV with DVD, playstation 2, radio. Wireless internet free of use.

Airconditioning in bedrooms. Towels and bed linnen free of use, you do not need to bring with you.

Exit to balcony with awning and a fantastic view to the mountains.

Fruit Orchard and Herbs:

In front of the house, you will find a small orchard with olive trees, lemon tree, almond tree, fig tree and pomegranate tree. This is also the home of a Greek tortoise. On the hillside near the house, you will find wild growing thyme, oregano, and camomile.

VILLAHYDRA - A PRIVATE HOLIDAY HOME IN GREECE

VillaHydra is a privately owned house, built in 2003. It is located in the outskirts of the main town, Hydra, and has the mountains and the upper part of the Hydra village for neighbours. It has a 360 degree view of mountains and a peak to the sea. The house consists of 4 apartments of which some are rented out on longterm basis. The house has tiles on all floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with convectomate oven, coffee machine etc. The 100 sqm apartment also has a dishwasher.

The balcony and terrace have sunblinds, which makes it possible to stay out during all day.

Since VillaHydra is away from the bustle and noise of the harbour, you will find wonderful tranquility and a relaxing atmosphere, disturbed only by mules, mountain goats with neck bells and the joyful greetings of the locals.

The terrace next to the house has slate floor, garden furniture and a grill which is free of use to our guests.

The precise address to the house is a bit difficult since street names and numbers are not commonly used. The area is called "Agia Fotini", and the street going up to the house is the main street called Miaoulis. The distance to the harbour, shops, cafés and tavernas is 10-20 minutes going up (depending on your condition and the temperature) and 5-10 minutes going down. Approx. 5-600 metres.
